
On June 18, Beijing time, the organizers of the 2025 Thailand (Bangkok) International Billiards Expo (TBE 2025) were invited to a banquet by the Billiard Sports Association of Thailand (BSAT). During the event, the BSAT comprehensively showcased its operational capabilities, highlighting the organization's industry expertise through its systematic tournament structures and venue management proficiency. These encompass the Thailand leg of the Snooker Q School series and the operations of venues like the Kiatthada Club.

During the discussions, Suntorn Jarumon, President of the BSAT, expressed his enthusiastic welcome for TBE 2025's establishment in Bangkok and pledged full support for the expo’s implementation. He particularly emphasized the association’s commitment to bringing more Chinese billiards brands to participate in TBE 2025. By introducing high-quality, cost-effective products, these brands will be positioned to enhance the Thai billiards market and boost the upgrading of the regional industry ecosystem.


About Billiard Sports Association of Thailand
1.Official Certification & Cooperative Projects:

· The association is officially recognized by the Thai government and collaborates with government agencies such as the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT). In 2024, IEAT signed a contract with BSAT to support world-class events including the Thailand Ranking Tour 2024 and the Asia-Oceania Youth Training Camp.

·The Thai government has listed billiards as a priority "Sports + Tourism" project, providing tax incentives for equipment imports and event hosting.
· Initiatives like "1 Sport 1 State Enterprise" promote state-owned enterprises to fund billiards sports to enhance Thailand's "soft power."

· Promoting Thailand as a billiards tourism hub, attracting international tourists through events to boost the local economy.
· Collaborating with international organizations such as the World Pool-Billiard Association (WPA) to standardize rules and expand the sport's influence.
